Where’s your blind spot?

Did you know that we all have a blind spot? A little visual gap just in front of our nose, between our eyes.

And there’s nothing we can do about it.

Yes, we all have other blind spots, of the non-physical kind. That’s where we need the sight and insight of others.

Not just for the unhelpful biases we need to be aware of, but also for the possibilities that others observe that we can’t see.

Yet if we are not open to hearing them, we deprive the world of gifts that only we can bring.

I wonder, whose eyes do you need to borrow?

And for whom might you offer sight?
