I can often get distracted by what I haven’t got, what I can’t do. Things I think will stop me making the difference I want to see.
But the reality is that when I look around at the people who are making the greatest long-term impact, they aren’t those with the most.

As I look in my hands today it is meaningful connections, good relationships and generous belief that are most valuable to me. People who hold my hand when I’m falling. Who urge me on to do my best work. Who help clear the path so that I can walk forward into uncharted territory.
And these can’t be bought or bartered for.
