The questions we ask ourselves are important. They can propel us forward and give us energy, but they can also overwhelm us.

What’s the change you want to make? can feel like the latter. It’s motivational, at a distance. Close up it’s too big. It feels like it’s all our responsibility. It’s up to us… and that can translate to us alone, especially if we are a quiet disruptor…
