Unwinding the long view

unwinding-the-long-view

Unwinding,
uncurling,
unfurling,
opening-up
the shapes
formed
over long
winter’s
dark.

Not retreating,
but revealing
by going
back
to source –
our tomorrow
doesn’t start
with
today.

Deep in thought as I wandered through the valley, I intentionally walked around a small circular path in the opposite way to normal. My thinking was stuck, and I was curious to see what would happen by shifting my usual pattern.

What might you do to intentionally disrupt your thinking?
