Yesterday, I was musing on Sharing what we find.*
So it only seems right to share something I found, courtesy of Joanna Maberly:
“In the universe, there are things that are known, and things that are unknown, and between them are doors.” – William Blake
Joanna opens her thoughtful piece on Thresholds: An Invitation to Transformation with the words of William Blake. She then explores the metaphor of thresholds – liminal spaces – and how we might approach this invitation to a new territory in our work and lives in this age of disruption.
In particular, she offers John O’Donohue’s five practical questions for approaching a threshold, which is an excellent reminder for all of us.
Thanks, Joanna – I applaud your pioneering work on LEGO Serious Play and Gestalt Coaching for leaders and teams.

*Apologies to those on the Quiet Disruptor mailing list. I wrote the piece on Monday evening and then failed to schedule it, so it didn’t arrive in your inbox. My excuse – it was our wedding anniversary.
