“Change your thinking, your interpretation of the world, change the way you see! To change the way you see is to change the world.”
— Jean-Yves Leloup
Among the thousands of trees here in the valley, there are two that I watch for as the seasons change. These are Red Oaks, and their colour shifts at a slightly different time and their display is distinctive.
Often it is a simply glorious array of colours, standing out from the rest.
When these trees turn, I know autumn has arrived.
This year has been less dramatic than others, but it’s still there. And I’m glad I’ve been keeping watch.
What are you seeing?
