Basically, that’s turning around on the spot… without getting dizzy. So you have fluid movement, whilst remaining connected to the ground.
It’s the same idea as pivoting.
Sometimes the kind of waking up we’ve been talking about involves being prepared to pivot. Not change the core connections – who we are, what is important to us – but shift direction.
Like the wind catching the sail, which can only function if it is properly tied to the mast.
