It’s been our practice for the last three years to put aside time on the first Friday of every month to think, talk and restore.
We open up The Waterside here in the hills north of Swansea and anyone can drop in during the day.
There’s always plenty of Coaltown coffee and homemade cake, with walks around the lake and valley to clear your head and feed your soul if that would do you good (just bring wellies and waterproofs – this is a working alpaca farm). Otherwise there’s comfy chairs around the fire and if you are here at lunchtime there’s simple food to share together.
Today Alastair Duncan, artist and creator of StillWalks is leading our lunchtime conversation exploring ‘What can we do to help ourselves think creatively or outside of the box?’
You are welcome to join us in person, or give yourself some generous space where you are. The ROI (return on investment) is always great!
