Creating change without shouting

Can we create change without shouting?

I believe so.

As I’ve looked at the work and lives of people across the globe, I see the fruit of this new kind of changemaker.

Because it’s no longer about what you know, where you live or what’s your background.

Instead, people are pursuing things that are important to them and doing it in a way that is congruent with who they are.

And they don’t need permission.

Just courage and hope. And emerging confidence to become the change they want to see.

They may not make a splash.

And you may not even notice that it’s them, because they don’t seek the limelight. But you’ll see the effect.

Because these are people who do want to make a difference, and for that change to last.

Do you know people like this?

Are you one of them?
