We’re used to navigating using existing maps. Whether these are textbooks on how to do business, leadership, medicine or teaching. Or an expectation of how to do life and society.
The problem is that the new maps, for the new now, haven’t been drawn yet. We’re moving in uncharted waters, even though many people are still assuming that someday it will all return to ‘normal’.
We can either wait for the familiar landmarks to return and wait to be told what to do… or go explore.
