Being there – when you have no answers – is probably the last place you’d want to be.
Standing in the unknowing.
Sitting with the sadness of grief and loss.
Letting your inside rawness be seen, even through your tears.
Choosing to stay, and not retreat or escape. When it’s not comfortable to be there, or here, just now.
But it is our gift to ourselves and the world around us. Even if it feels rubbish.
Beautiful things can grow from ugly places.
