As I started to explore those who could be described as quiet disruptors, I realised that perhaps they occupied a different kind of space.
Yes, they are thoughtful and reflective, and probably gravitate towards the edge rather than the middle of contemporary culture.
Yet they are also driven to step out of their comfort zone and challenge how things are. Offering – or making – an alternative view of how things could be.
Their space appears to include values and purpose that propel their curiosity and creativity and leads them to do things differently.
Creating change without shouting.
To do this, they also have to open up and occupy their own space. Making it generous, graceful and big enough to grow their voice.
